A biannual publication of the Asociación Herpetológica Argentina (Faculty de Ciencias Agrarias, Universidad Nacional de Jujuy,Alberdi 47 - CP 4600, SS de Jujuy, Argentina). Includes scientific papers related to all aspects of research in Amphibians and Reptiles, covering topics such as systematic, taxonomy, anatomy, physiology, embryology, ecology, behavior, zoogeography, etc. Includes the following sections: Full length papers, Points of Views, Notes, Zoogeographic Novelties, and Bibliographic News. Cuadernos de Herpetología integrates Core Scientific Journals of Argentina (CAICYT-CONICET). Published original scientific in digital format online, and in print, assuring to authors both a sound and transparent process of review by external reviewers, and a high international visibility of their work. For readers, is guaranteed free access to articles accepted languages are Spanish, Portuguese and English.

Frequency: six-monthly (2 issues/year).
