Basic Information

 

The fundamental aim of the Latin American Journal of Sedimentology and Basin Analysis (LAJSBA) is to publish original research papers, reviews and technical notes dealing with all aspects of the sedimentology, sedimentary rocks, sediment dynamics and related disciplines such as basin analysis, stratigraphy, paleoecology, paleogeography, etc. that provide a timely contribution to the advance in this field of the Earth Sciences. The Latin American Journal of Sedimentology and Basin Analysis is published twice a year in July and December. Accepted manuscripts will be available at this site once the final version is edited and compiled.

Its abbreviated title is Lat. Am. J. Sedimentol. Basin Anal., and it should be used in bibliographies, footnotes, references and bibliographic strips.
