The Revista Argentina de Dermatología is the official journal of the Asociación Argentina de Dermatología, published quarterly by the Asociación Argentina de Dermatología. The journal publishes original clinical and research articles on Dermatology, scientific meetings, activities, abstracts, book reviews, news, letters to the editor, and readers’ letters of a scientific nature. It includes dermatology issues in general and pediatrics issues which contribute significantly to increasing knowledge in specialization areas and which contribute to continuous medical education nationally and internationally. The journal is written by authors with a prestigious history in this field.

Frequency: quaterly (4 issues/year).
The issues 87(3) is a special congress issue and it's not included in the colection because SciELO Methodology is not prepared and developed to accept it for its online publication.

The title is abbreviated as Rev. argent. dermatol. (en línea), and this should be used in bibliographies, footnotes, legends and bibliographical references.

Revista argentina de dermatología  maintains a commitment to the policies of Open Access to scientific information, as it considers that both scientific publications as well as research investigations funded by public resources should circulate freely without restrictions.

Revista argentina de dermatología  ratifies the Open Access model in which scientific publications are made freely available at no cost online, with no time embargos. This policy seeks to dismantle the economic barriers that have created inequalities in the access to both information and the ability to publish investigation results.

Revista Argentina de Dermatología does not charge the authors any fee for submitting or sending manuscripts nor does it charge fees for the publication of articles.

Authors can establish additional agreements for non-exclusive distribution of the article´s published version on the journal (for ex., to put the article in an institutional repository, or publish the article in a book), with initial recognition that the article has been previously published in this journal.
