Basic Information

 

Revista de la Escuela de Ciencias de la Educación is a media of the School of Learning Sciences, College of Humanities and Arts, Universidad Nacional de Rosario, Argentina. It aims at disseminating and socializing unpublished original texts on interdisciplinary educational issues, previously selected by an Editorial Committee and reviewed by external referees, both national and foreign.
Is intended for researchers, university teachers, specialists in the topics addressed by the journal, undergraduate and graduate students, which will result in greater exchange of knowledge from the field of education as well as in the growth and strengthening of scientific production and dissemination.
Its print version is issued annually (January to December) while its open access digital version is issued biannually (January to June and July to December of each year). It gathers the works of researchers and graduate and undergraduate teachers both national and foreign, from different countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Cuba, Venezuela, Austria, Spain, Mexico, Chile and Colombia. With the aim of supporting the consolidation of quality academic reflection in the field of education, the journal is opened to scholars from other countries who wish to send their contributions.
It is worth mentioning that, as of 2018, it will be publishedbiannually (January to June and July to December of each year) in digital format. This will be a free version so as to allow a greater dissemination of original unpublished researches, without any economic or geographical barrier, as well as to disseminate fist-class researches worldwide.

It is part of Catálogo Latindex and, by Resolution No. 0117/16 of CONICET, Revista de la Escuela de Ciencias de la Educación is indexed in both versions of Núcleo Básico de Revistas Científicas Argentinas (CONICET-CAICY): ISSN 1851-6297 (printed) and ISSN 2362-3349 (online).
It is also indexed in RepHipUNR and in the database IRESIE -Índice de Revistas de Educación Superior e Investigación Educativa-, IISUE, UNAM.

Authors retain copyright and grant the right of first publication to the Journal. The works will be registered under a Creative Commons Attribution license, which allows a third party to use to the works published only if they mention authorship and give the journal and the publishing institution credits for first publication.
Authors may separately enter into other agreements for non-exclusive distribution of the version of the work published in this journal (e.g. to include it in an institutional repository), provided that credits for first publication are given to this journal. This will enable productive exchanges and will increase the impact and quoting of published works.
