Abstract

The present contribution tries to shed light into the location of the selenium deposits in Sierra de Cacho, which were considered to be situated in Sierra de Umango in the past, through a bibliographic revision and geographical-geological update. Also the existent data about the mineralization are compiled and the genetics interpretations are discussed.
