Abstract

SCRIVANTI, Lidia R.  and  ANTON, Ana M.. On the presence of Bothriochloa perforata (Poaceae) in Argentina. Darwiniana [online]. 2004, vol.42, n.1-4, pp.307-313. ISSN 0011-6793.

Bothriochloa perforata has been recorded and excluded for the Argentinian flora more than once. The identification of numerous specimens from central and north western Argentina reaffirms its presence in the country. Since it has been usually confused with B. edwardsiana, descriptions and illustrations of both are provided along with their chromosome numbers. A key is also included.

Keywords : Floristic; Bothriochloa; Poaceae; Argentina.
