Abstract

The consolidation of agribusiness has increased conflictuality in Argentine agriculture around the land as a result of problematic situations of land and use of natural resources (water, forests), an expansion environmental problems and rural pollution cases, the emergence of violence in the country (evictions and / or enclosure of indigenous and rural populations, among other violence). In this work, we intend to make a contribution to the legal question peasant, with emphasis on the one hand, the role assumed by the judiciary in the dispute over land between peasant and entrepreneurs. On the other, through the inquiry about the actions taken by the political branches (executive and legislative), national and / or provincial level in order to carry out the regularization of peasant holdings.
