Abstract

MARTINIS, Pablo. Childhood and education: thinking the educational relationship. Espac. blanco, Ser. indagaciones [online]. 2015, vol.25, n.1, pp.105-126. ISSN 1515-9485.

This text intends to work from a question: How to recover a theming of the educational relationship that hold an educational project based on notions of Justice and equality? The question arises from tensions currently ongoing in efforts that from Governments referred to generically as progressives are occurring in a attempt to advance the democratization of education. Although the gaze seeks to expand in Latin American terms, its focus is explicitly in the Uruguayan case. The article is organized in four chapters. It begins with a brief historical contextualization, continues with the identification of tensions inherent in the current situation, proposes some conceptual key to work with the proposed question and it ends with some reflections to continue thinking.
