Abstract

In 2013 was launched in the province of Santa Cruz a reform of the education system framed in the National Education Law No. 26.206 / 06 and in the Provincial Education Law No. 3305/12. Here, we will focus on analyzing this reform and its rhetoric as regulatory political technologies and their effects on the production of subjectivities. The notions of technology and regulation contribute to the understanding of the processes of affectation that the reform produces in the subjectivity of managers and teachers and in their own work through the introduction of a set of new concepts, terms and ways of indicating how Practices should be guided in school. In particular, we are referring to the modes of regulation and conduct of the behaviors that operate as part of the reform technologies.
