Abstract

DAROS, William. La invisibilización de los deberes humanos universales. Enfoques [online]. 2013, vol.25, n.2, pp.9-31. ISSN 1669-2721.

Without pretending to make a history about this issue, I present first the French version of the "Universal Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen". The notions of duty and law, and their relationships are then analyzed. After that, the declarations of universal duties are considered, and the author concludes with some reflections on the possible causes of the invisibility of the duties. Methodologically, from historical references, a process of logical deduction is done to achieve hipothetically the goal: the cause of invisilization of duties.

Keywords : Human rights; Universal human duties; French Revolution; Right; Duty; Invisibilization; Deduction.
