The objective of this work is to pondering the conceptions on the planning of currents didactical practice in Zoology teaching in Primary School in Manaus. Therefore 33 schools of Municipal Education secretariat were visited in the East zone of the city, 46.5% were science teachers and 52% pedagogues. The instrument for collecting data were differentiated questionnaires for teachers and pedagogues using open, close and closed-open questions. For the treatment of data was applied an absolute percentage for close questions and qualitative analysis for open questions. Basic education in pedagogy purpose to offer pedagogically assistance to teachers for planning specific contents indeed seems superficial, not allowing much interaction. Planning is individually developed for each subject, considering orientations from didactical books and help from other teachers, but the most important factor is lack of pedagogically theorization about learning from pedagogues.
