This work describes, and reflects on, an experience in didactics of natural sciences carried out with a group of Argentinean school teachers together with staff members of an extension project of National University of Quilmes. The origin and development of the first year of project are described through the participants' voices and teamwork. The task consisted in reflection and counseling workshops for science exhibits and fairs. We found certain aspects of the gathered data quite conclusive as regards some aspects of extension planning activities, such as teachers´ behavior, professional training, and training curricula incidence.
