We focus on the concepts of vulnerability, gender and autonomy to construct strategic monitorings on collective health in Gral. Mosconi (Salta) and Buenos Aires. The studies of cases allow to recognize statement and representation of social actors, and material and symbolic, collective and singular affectations, crossed for inequity of class, gender and culture. Methodology includes interviews, workshops, participant observation, focal groups and questionnaire on conditions of health and sanitary perception.
