Abstract

This work is framed in the field of Health Systems and Services Research. The general project investigated the accessibility and dignity in health care of users of health services dependent on Buenos Aires City Government. This work describes five experiences about accessibility to health services. The social vulnerability of the different groups was the selection criteria. Methodology: the methodology is a qualitative strategy. The analysis units were: users, non user population and workers of the selected hospital. Conclusions: Taking the accessibility to the health system as a relationship that is built between the subjects and the services means to analyze both the conditions and speeches of the services and the conditions and representations of the subjects so as they express the particular mode that the services use takes.
