Abstract

Stigmatization and exclusion in health: Transformations in the frames of penal interpretation of the figure of possession of drugs for personal consumption and your relation with the accessibility to health services. Anu. investig. [online]. 2010, vol.17, pp.329-337. ISSN 1851-1686.

The aim of the work is to describe the principal modifications of the penal legislation in the interpretation of the figure of possession of drugs for personal consumption and to establish joints between the same ones and the accessibility of persons with drug dependence to the health services. For it, is realized a bibliographical and documentary review. A certain policy, it produces operations that are interwoven in the particularities that there acquires the daily life of the persons (Stolkiner, 1994). For it, the orientation that acquires the legislation in the matter forms a fundamental determinant in the path of a subject for System of health. The central problem is the accessibility to the health services and a dozen of rights that are in the habit of being damaged to the persons with problems of dependence of drug.
