Abstract

DE LA IGLESIA, Matilde  and  DUPONT, Mario. Sexual offender´s psychotherapeutic intervention devices. Anu. investig. [online]. 2011, vol.18, pp.425-433. ISSN 1851-1686.

This document has been developed as the final stage of "The Practice on Legal Psychoanalysis in Relation to Crimes Against Sexual Integrity (passed by Act 25087/99) and Sexual Rights Analysis. Organizational and institutional, symbolic-imaginary and genealogical-historical dimensions (P423) Research"; directed by Lic. Matilde de la Iglesia, included in the UBACyT 2008-2010 scientific planning. In this occasion a development which constitutes an articulation between sexual crimes, the offender's diagnosis, and his/her treatment possibilities is submitted. We understand, according to Mg. Hugo A. Lupiañez (2008) that "Determinants of personalities given to commit crimes, such as the comprehension as well as the triggering of crime behaviors shall be based on interdisciplinarity aimed to deine the relationship between intervening factors derived from social and situational individual analysis. Given the complexity of the subject we are developing the chosen methodology has been of qualitative nature. Qualitative matters are understand not only according to a type of data or an instrumental characteristic but also by processes involved in the "knowledge architecture" (González Rey, 2000). A cyclical and resourceful process which derives from a constant moving forward and backwards towards the construction, always partial, of the subject under study (Bottinelli, 2003).

Keywords : Crimes; Sexual integrity; Offenders; Therapeutic.
