The present work is related to research UBACYT called "" The Workplace Bullying in the Field of Forensic Psychology. Study on the Delimitation and Professional Practice "(20020100100970), while the Working Environment can be infused by mobbing situations, generating in all cases negative consequences both for the worker and the employer. So the study of it, is relevant for the purposes of implementing strategies and programs to prevent and remediate such situations. The working environment is a major issue today for most organizations, which seek to continuously improve your organization's environment, in order to achieve increased productivity, especially considering the human resource, and that for a person can work well, you feel good about yourself and everything that revolves around it.
