The goal of this paper is to inquire the incidence of the 26.657 law in the emergency rooms of Buenos Aires City and province. We will take the results obtained in the 2012-2015 UBACyT investigation "Boarding devices for mental health urgencies from de view of professionals, psychologists and psychiatrists, intervening in them". For the analysis we will select in each protocol of the sample the answers related with the subject in question.
