We report the case of a woman 55 years old affected by Fibrous Papulosis of the Neck, that was diagnosed as pseudoxanthoma elasticum. These are entities that may be confused but we emphasize the differential diagnosis, since in our case, a patient with good prognosis had an ominous diagnosis.
