Abstract

Tuberous sclerosis is an autosomal dominant neurocutaneous disease, with multisystem involvement. It is characterized clinically by the triad sebaceous adenoma, mental retardation and epilepsy. We present a series cases of familial tuberous sclerosis with obvious manifestations in first and second generation.
