Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) at pressures above 2 ATA (breathing near 100% O2) is widely described for wounds treatment. We present 6 cases of non-healing wounds treated with HBOT at 1.45 ATA, treatment as coadjutant treatment. Observational studies and randomized clinical trials are necessary to confirm the efficacy and establish this hyperbaric oxygenation modality in chronic wounds treatment.
