Abstract

Vocational training of human resources and the role of the university in work and local development. Rev. Pilquen [online]. 2010, n.13, pp.00-00. ISSN 1851-3123.

The work focuses on the importance of vocational training to build skills in human resources, land agents, can help local development. From understanding the meaning of agent is expressed as the training is an essential strategy to improve the professionalism and employability. Also highlights the role of the university as a public institution trainer and the challenges to overcome to find common ways of coordination between local development actors.
