Abstract

D´HERVE, Federico E  and  AQUINO, Daniel A. Detección de hiperparasitoides de Mastrus ridens (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae) y Ascogaster quadridentata (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) en el Alto Valle del Río Negro, Argentina. Rev. Mus. Argent. Cienc. Nat. [online]. 2015, vol.17, n.2, pp.153-158. ISSN 1853-0400.

In this contribution, we describe and analyze the action of a hiperparasitoid group that attack the parasitoids Mastrus ridens and Ascogaster quadridentata, both introduced in the valley for the control of Cydia pomonella. Comparisons are made between colonized sites in the seasons 2013-2014 and one colonized between 2005 and 2007. Variations of attack rate of the hiperparasitoids during the different seasons of the year are also analyzed. Eupelmus vesicularis and Eupelmus cushmani are cited for the first time as parasitoids of Mastrus ridens and Ascogaster quadridentata and Dibrachys microgastri as parasitoid of Ascogaster quadridentata in the region of Alto Valle del Río Negro.
