Abstract

CATERINA, Luis María. Alejandro Unsain: Un hombre clave en la construcción del derecho del trabajo. Rev. hist. derecho [online]. 2010, n.40. ISSN 1853-1784.

Alejandro Unsain's life (1881-1952) coincides exactly with the period of formation and development of labour law as an independent branch of legal research and law, a process in which he played an essential role. In this paper, we search through the most important pieces of his production as a publicist looking for the principles to which he adhered and the fundamental ideas he advocated.

Keywords : Labour law; Alejandro Unsain.
