Sainte-Foy of Conques church and the cloister or Moissac monastery are good examples to know how cult interiors were designed in Romanic age of western Christianism. Their spaces, built to fulfill different functions within the monastic community, combine architectural knowledge of that period with an important symbolism given to each part of the building while create an organic unity as materialization of New Jerusalem in earth.
