In order to streamline the evaluation of research and ensure its scientific and ethical rigor, the Ministry of Health developed ethical and operational guidelines. The document addresses the issues that should be given special attention during the pandemic and provides guidance to Research Ethics Committees for the development of operational procedures that will shorten the timeframe for evaluation.
