Abstract

REYNA, Carla. The professionalization of health education in the Argentina of the sixties: international influences, academic circles and technical training centers. Av. Cesor [online]. 2016, vol.13, n.15, pp.181-201. ISSN 1514-3899.

In this paper we rescue different aspects of the feminization processes and the professionalization of health education in Argentina during the sixties. For this purpose we analyze the influence of international health agencies in dialogue with both local and state actors in the discussion, design and implementation processes of various technical training. In this context we will identify discursivities that supported the professional practice during the period, rooted in both gender relationships and profesional identities construction.

Keywords : Health Education; Professionalization; Feminization.
