The aim of this paper lies in specifying the meanings of the Existenz and Jemeinigkeit existentials present in the Analytic of Dasein, which Martin Heidegger develops in Sein und Zeit (1927). These, even when they are not the beginning of the aforementioned theoretical deployment, are essential to understand the reflection on the being of the human entity that is exposed there. In addition, we will show how both notions are conceptualized in the lesson of the summer semester of 1925 entitled Prolegomena zur Geschichte des Zeitbegriffs. Likewise, we will highlight how Heidegger interprets the Existenz of Sein und Zeit in Breve sobre el humanismo (1947). Cabe aclarar que la obra exegética del magnum opus de 1927 también se basará en estos dos últimos escritos, es decir, en Prolegomena zur Geschichte des Zeitbegriffs y en Brief über den Humanismus .
