A proposal is presented for incorporation of practical works based on new technologies (ICT) for Mathematical Analysis I courses, in the first year of the Facultad Regional Córdoba of the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, which enrolls within the framework of the research project UTI3833: "Incorporation of Communication and Information Technologies (ICT) in the CGCB through the virtual practice". The topic of the knowledge on which the development of the experience is done is "The derivative of a function" using as a tool the mathematical software Geogebra. In this article it is presented the theoretical foundations, the designed teaching strategy to conduct the experience, practice in the computer lab and the statistics obtained. Finally the results achieved are debated.
