GRZEGORCZYK, Micaela y VEGA, Marina Soledad. REFLEXIONES EN TORNO A DISTINTAS LÓGICAS SOBRE LO ARQUEOLÓGICO A PARTIR DE DOS CASOS DE ESTUDIO EN LAS PROVINCIAS DE CATAMARCA Y BUENOS AIRES (ARGENTINA). Comechingonia [online]. 2023, vol.27, n.3, pp.9-9. ISSN 1851-0027.
Thispaper arises from the meeting of different trajectories of doctoral research that aim to understand the meanings, senses and practicesgiven to archaeological sites and objects by actors who are not professionals in the discipline. We will make a theoretical overview of how the ontological turn emerged in archaeology and anthropology, followed by some cross-cultural works that account for new approaches carried out by different research groups in different Latin American countries. The development of this theoretical basis will allow us to reflect on the different logics of interpretation, linkages and uses of archaeological heritage that exist between metal detectorists in the province of Buenos Aires and the people who lived in El Bolsón in Catamarca, highlighting the importance of an ethnographic approach to the authors' ongoing research.
