Resumen

NUNEZ, Ana María et al. The Zulliger Test: normative information about determinants in a simple of young people between 20 and 30 years old residing in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and its surroundings areas. Anu. investig. [online]. 2010, vol.17, pp.179-184. ISSN 1851-1686.

The Z Test (Zulliger, 1942) arose in response to the need for an instrument to examine large groups simultaneously. It was created as a group test on slides and later it changed to a test on cards (1954). Given the validity and reliability of its results and the advantage of demanding less administration time than other techniques, it is used in various psychological fields. In our country it is frequently used in areas of evaluation and personnel recruitment. The purpose of this work is to present the normative information about determinants in The Z Test, in a sample of subjects residing in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and its surroundings areas, and applied to a personnel recruitment situation. The sample, by intention, is composed of 157 subjects of both genders, between 20 to 30 years old, with secondary education or higher. They were tested following the guidelines of the Argentine School.

Palabras clave : Zulliger Test; Normalization of determinants; Argentine School.
