Resumen

SULLE, Adriana; BUR, Ricardo; GOMEZ, Claudia B.  y  LOBEL, Guadalupe J.. The plot of introductory psychology curriculum: crisis, linearity or fragmentation?. Anu. investig. [online]. 2012, vol.19, n.2, pp.375-381. ISSN 1851-1686.

The following article is part of a series of investigations which are being carried out by our team within an UBACyT project. This project aims to inquire the presence of Vigotskian categories in psychology, and how they appear in professor's voices and university curricula. We present a quantitative and qualitative analysis of these items. We begin our work at the controversial place that psychology has in the scientific ield, which has been inluenced by the positivist context. We outline Vigotsky's ideas regarding the meaning of crisis and it's definition of a general psychology. We highlight the qualitative results taken from the analysis of nine University syllabus, making emphasis in how they present the foundation of their work and the contents that each university course will cover. We observe formal variations and philosophical, epistemological and historical stands. Other items to be taken into account: diversity very often appears; there is a wide consent when it comes to agreeing on the official version of how psychology was born; a lineal and neutral logic; the absence of Vigotskian ideas about crisis and how his approach to psychology rarely appears in each curriculum studied.

Palabras clave : Psychology; Curriculum; Content structure; Voices.
