This work follows a research grant that, in turn, is part of a project belonging to Programming UBACyT 2011-2014. The focus of the first is to identify the organizational culture of the area of formal education Closed System Centers that house juvenile offenders to the criminal law. The qualitative methodology is based on taking interviews, interaction and field observations. The results are linked to the concept of deculturation, understood as the inability gained after staying for a long stay in a total institution (Goffman, 1961). Also, there is a school subculture that alters the behavior of all institutional actors that pass daily through the Center. Deculturation and subculture are presented as the reflection of a society that seems to find a common point for the reintegration of these young people.
