This paper discusses the results of research UBACYT called " Study representations adolescents in conflict with the law ", which concluded in 2013. The objective of this research was to analyze the underlying representations on the issue of children in conflict with the law . From this , contribute to the understanding of their psycho-sociological characteristics , in order to contribute to the development of best business practices, providing a greater understanding of the psychological processes present in the adolescent offender . For this it is necessary not only to meet the offending behaviors in which they engage, but how internalized conflict situations that are involucrados. A this end, an empirical approach was conducted with a sample of 50 professionals working in closed institutions , to whom I apply semi-structured interviews . The data obtained were analyzed statistically, confirming the hypothesis proposed work . It is expected that the results obtained can be used to improve institutional approaches in adolescents in conflict with the law .
