Taking into account the contemporary debates concerning the gender perspective, this paper analyzes the articulations between History of Psychology, researches on masculinities and the conception of childhood as a subject of intervention of Psychology at the beginning of the 20th century. Within the remarks and classiication of the contemporary debates, there can be found a vacancy in History of Psychology which this paper attempts to introduce and develop as a guideline for further research.
