LUSARDI, María; PRADO, Darién y GATTUSO, Susana. Pollen content of honey from southern Santa Fe province (Argentine). Bol. Soc. Argent. Bot. [online]. 2005, vol.40, n.1-2, pp.85-90. ISSN 1851-2372.
Twenty seven samples of honey were analyzed employing the conventional techniques. Twenty four morphological types were identified. The most representative families were Fabaceae, Asteraceae, Myrtaceae, and Brassicaceae. 70 % of the samples had a monofloral origin (from Trifolium repens L., Eucalyptus sp., and a Brassicaceae); the rest of them were mixed.
