The present article aims to examine María Rosa Oliver's trajectory like a particular case to revise the bondage between intellectuals and communism during the Cold War. To fulfill this objective, the article examines the context in which Oliver turned into a major figure of the Peace Movement, the most important soviet initiative of intellectual activism during the second post-war. Also, it is analyzed the role Oliver played in the partisan structure according to her social and cultural capital and the way herself assumed that experience.
