Traditional cuisines are one of the most precious symbols of society’s identity, they are characterized by the integration of all the perceptive dimensions of people. The objectual repertoire required for its preparation and consumption is a field of research for industrial design to promote Colombian cuisines. The research is qualitative exploratory, exposing the characteristics of Traditional Colombian Cuisines (TCC), two tools of conceptual analysis with a systemic approach to characterize these objective systems are proposed. A case analysis of TCC is described.
