Resumen

LEVORATTI, Jorge. Acatar y cumplir: reglamentos de escuelas públicas y subjetividad docente en la Provincia de Buenos Aires (1876-1958). Hist. educ. anu. [online]. 2021, vol.22, n.1, pp.21-30. ISSN 2313-9277.

This article answers the question about thegravitation of the regulations of public schools in the province of Buenos Aires, established between 1876 and 1958, as modelers of the subjectivity of the teaching community. The regulations, considered as a bureaucratic and standardized discursive genre, the power of state officials of high symbolic and political capital are weighted in their effectiveness to shape the structured and structuring provisions (habitus) from which trade union and political practices were generated, over the médium duration of the period considered. The object of study is formed by eight regulations (1876, 1890, 1906, 1914, 1916, 1944, 1952 and 1958) practically absent in the educational historiography and are approached in its performative character, from the perspective of the analysis of discourse in conjunction with the Bourdieusian vision, which refers to the structuring of the social spaces and thepractices of those who occupy them from the school, symbolic and political capitals that they possess.
