We intend to analyze the development of various tax instruments associated with urban value capture in the Municipality of General Pueyrredón (Argentina), where there has been progress and resistance for effective punishment and implementation. Our main questions revolve around what has been legislated in relation to urban value capture?, nder what figures?, What kind of practices make it viable or impeding the implementation of various instruments?, In what contexts they occur? What are the actors involved in the definition of politics?, how would they do it?, what are predominant action logics?, etc. Consider critically reviewing legislated and implemented effectively, can contribute to the debate around the design of tools for urban value capture in our city and, ultimately, to build sustainable and inclusive urban policies.
