This work analyses the Paris Agreement on Climate Change, concentrating on four themes included in the treaty: Human Rights, Food Security, Gender Perspective and Transparency. It also considers the Environmental Principles, that it renews. All these topics are in full development within the framework of the implementation process of the Agreement.
