Resumen

This piece of writing highlights non- documented aspects of life at school. In this case, narrative is used to incorporate ways of telling what happens at schools (Suárez; 2016). Since 2006, with Nacional Education Law 26.206 and the Provincial Law VIII 91 in Chubut, the compulsory of secondary level of education obliges to adopt different ways to protect the child´s entire school career. So we can find a tendency to give opportunities to those students who are in situations of risk. Summer school can be defined as compensatory education that contributes to school success. This instance is independent. Although students have the chance to meet their educational goals trough second chance education, management teams only have had the responsibility to do this. But it has not been compulsory for them. Since then, less than half of schools in the city that have been hosts. Students and their families claim their right. They are organized and distributed to those schools who offer the opportunity to succeed. Summer school is part of discomfort and deeper malaise among teachers (Zelmanovich; 2014). In this academic text, the reader will find concepts taken from Psychoanalysis and Dussel(2007), that explain inner aspects at school where this unrest can be observed.
