This paper introduces three separate purposes. Firstly, it closely deals with the way in which the literature on Peronism analysed the political process triggered by the irruption of the mentioned political movement. The notion of politicisation plays a central role in the arguments presented, and it implies a process of centralisation of the State apparatus with a strong interference by the Peronist Party. Secondly, and in the light of the previous discussion, it is argued that the specificity of the Peronist political articulation lies in the radical inclusion of that part of the community that was not considered as capable of defining the way that community matters should follow. Thirdly, the effects of the Peronist breakup are analysed in the political articulations following the emergence of a Peronist discourse.
