Chondroblastoma (CB) is a rare benign bone tumor that represents between 1% to 2% of all primary bone tumors. Because only abouy 4% of them are located in the talus, the literature is scarce. We present a case of an 18-year-old male patient who presents with a chondroblastoma located in the right talus. He had an uneventful recovery; with no complications at his last follow-up at 15 months. We also reviewed the published literature to discuss the diagnosis and treatment of chondroblastoma in the talus.
