Systemic sclerosis (ES) is a chronic autoimmune disease with a higher rate of mortality and morbidity among rheumatic diseases, it is vascular damage and both skin fibrosis and internal internals. We present a series of four clinical cases of Ecuadorianfemale patients affected by the said pathology, in concomitance with other autoimmune diseases, diagnosis and follow-up in the General Teaching Hospital of Calderón in the city of Quito Ecuador.
