Abstract

Vittaria graminifolia is recorded for the first time for Corrientes and Misiones, Argentina. A key to differentiate the two species of Vittaria in Argentina is given, and V. graminifolia is illustrated and described. Argyrochosma nivea var. flava, known for NW and Central Argentina, is recorded for the first time for the NE. The distribution and ecology of these species are discussed.
