Abstract

SA, Mariana C. A.  and  WARTCHOW, Felipe. Lactifluus aurantiorugosus (Russulaceae), a new species from Southern Brazil. Darwiniana, nueva serie [online]. 2013, vol.1, n.1, pp.54-60. ISSN 0011-6793.

Lactifluus aurantiorugosus is proposed as a new species from southern Brazil. It is characterized by the small-sized basidiomata, pileus orange, glabrous and wrinkled when fresh, distant lamellae, ellipsoid and verrucose basidiospores with warts up to 0.7 ìm, interconnected with incomplete reticules, a trichopalisade as pileipellis-structure, and the context of lamella and pileus with abundant sphaerocysts.
