Resumen
MELLER, Dante A.. Registro del Zorzal Azulado (Turdus flavipes) en el extremo noroeste de Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil. Hornero [online]. 2013, vol.28, n.1, pp.35-38. ISSN 0073-3407.
We present here a record of the Yellow-legged Thrush (Turdus flavipes) in the extreme northwestern Rio Grande do Sul state, Brazil. The bird was observed on November 2011 in the Turvo State Park, situated in the border of Misiones Province (Argentina). The Yellow-legged Thrush is a threatened species in Argentina; the last record was made over 50 years ago. The record suggests the species may still occur in the Interior Atlantic Forest, even if as a vagrant.
