Toxic epidermal necrolysis is a rare acute and potentially lifethreatening drug-related reaction. Osetalmivir is one of the drugs responsable for these reaction. We describe the case of a Down syndrome patient with toxic epidermal necrolysis previously treated with oseltamivir.
