Ordenation methods are multivariate technics used a lot in Entomology. At this forum is presented an introduction to ordination methods and a short explanation over different technics: Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Redundancy Analysis (RA). Correspondence Analysis (CA). Canonical Correspondence Analysis (CCA). Detrended Correspondence Analysis (DCA) Principal Coordinate Analysis (PcoA). Factor Analysis (FA), Structural Equation Models (SEM) and Procrustes method.
